Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing. You must submit the letter by mail, in person, or by electronic mail at “www.POLYLanguages.edu/contacts/emailcontact.aspx”. refunds are made by check within 20-calendar days from the date of receipt of such request. The student may pick up the check in person or request the delivery of the check by mail, in which case applicable express mailing fee would apply. The school has the right to any unclaimed balance beyond 180 days from the last date of student’s attendance or the scheduled start date if the student had never attended the school.

The international students are required to attend at least two sessions (8 weeks) prior to requesting a transfer. Otherwise, there is an early transfer fee of $350.

The tuition refund is based on the money received by the school. When calculating the refund, any discounts given due to promotions or for any other reasons will be voided; the student is charged based on standard tuition (published full price) for any sessions attended.

The long-term tuition discount applies only for new students. The initial payment for this agreement is defined as the sum of money paid as tuition for the first set of sessions as a new student or a returning student after taking a session or more off. For the refund request of the initial payment, there is a recruiting fee of 35% of the payment.

For the courses cancelled after attending the sessions paid under the initial payment, annulling the enrollment agreement prior to the student’s scheduled start date, all tuition received by the school will be refunded.

For the courses withdrawn after the period allowed for cancellation, 30% of the standard tuition will be charged if withdrawn during the first week, 60% of the standard tuition will be charged if withdrawn during the second week, and there is no refund if withdrawn after the second week of a session.
